REGISTRATION

Registration is accepted via mail only, no email, fax or telephone registrations can be accepted. Registration is scheduled to open March 1. The first postmark date to be acknowledged will be March 1. Applications may be sent in up to 2 weeks before the March 1 postmark date. Please note: sending in applications prior to the March 1 postmark date will not enhance your chances of being accepted into classes. Also, sending applications by express mail will not increase your odds of being placed in a class. A notice of confirmation will begin to be sent out the end of March.

Here’s how the process works:

All registrations postmarked March 1 or before will be sorted and students who have signed up for the package plan including accommodations will be given first priority. Those that sign up for the package plan without accommodations will be given second priority. Then, individuals who have signed up for two classes will be given third priority. Lastly students who have sent in applications for individual classes will be placed.

If there is still space left additional spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis with the above criteria.

Returned checks will result in the cancellation of your scheduled workshops. You will need to re-register and include a $25 returned check fee with a new registration form and payment

RAEvN Productions reserves the right to cancel workshops that do not meet minimum student registrations. In this event, you will be notified and given the opportunity to change to a different workshop or request a refund of the monies paid for the cancelled workshop.

I suggest that you send in your application on or before the March 1 postmark date as I am anticipating accommodations and classes to fill up quickly.
